Hello,3 days ago buy a z3x box, after updating firmware 1.5
to 2.2, I do not know what happened, but I do not finish updating, now
the shell does not recognize the box, I need to be told how can I
solve that problem I hope to reply as soon as possible,
Please I need someone to help me with this problem

did you try repair dead card option ???

check the reader and drivers. check in device manager.
disconnect all other boxes.

well,first of all,i install all the drivers and software in other PC, at the end the actualization botom of firmware worked (run hardware wizar)but at first the sistem actualization was to slowly(2 hours up 85%)suddenly it finish in 85%.....all of this happen with lasted shell v4.7.3... please I need help for this problem, because this box is not working. thanks
