i buy z3x box how to activate my box card not added to z3x server

i contect reseller Hi team,

I have bought a new z3x-box with samsung activation

I was trying to register it through shell update the card firmware from 1.5 to 2.2 version

Then i followed the update instruction and started updating

When the update reached 89% , i got an error message "something went wrong" and stopped updating

After then the card has not been detected again

So when i try to run card wizard, it says card status: NOT CONNECTED
then chek box driver is ok
Please z3x-box team help me
