I guess you are doing it first time in your life the unlocking process. Can you post the log so people can help you? You said you read code done 5 times, if phone ask for code then use the code that you read 5 times. Whats the problem? Regarding your IMEI check the backup folder you have nv_data.bin file there write the very first file you have for this device back on the phone.

go backup folder . find backup and write it. then u can see imei again and with lock. Then after run "read codes"

This is not for you. Others that find solution. Its happend to me in 25.1 and done it with this way
