If u have make new update for card with new shell 3.1

All old Software will not work

For Samsung Activation : you must download from Support

Samsung_Qualcomm_Tool_6.0.00

2G_tools_3.4.0001

Smartphone Tool 2.0.0

For Lg Activation : Just wait update new version on Support

In my particular case, I performed latest smartcard firmware upgrade using new Shell software without any problem also I have Z3X Box LG Edition and I was able to download, install and use on my PC all LG service softwares available on support area.

Most of modules uploaded aswell, left 2 modules for lg they will uploded in next few days.
