BACKUP INSTRUCTIONS:
Phone must be rooted!
If the software can't root the phone automatically,
then you must root your device manually.
1. Power on the phone.
2. Tap 7 times on 'Build number' in 'Settings'-'About phone' to enable 'Developer options',
go to 'Settings'-'Developer options' and enable 'USB debugging'.
3. Connect the phone to PC with USB cable, install drivers if needed.
4. Select device in ADB settings.
5. Press 'Read EFS' button to read backup or 'Write EFS' to restore.
6. Press 'Read CERT' button to read certificates or 'Write CERT' to restore.
7. Press 'Write NV DATA' if you need to restore NV backup.

change usb ports
and make sure drivers are properly installed
check device manager

did you update it via Shell?
Like Shell>hardware and setting >Card wizard>Click add new activation>next.....

I purchased a new box z3x pro golden my sn:AA8...... when open wizard give me thes massage (Card not added to server please conact only with your reseller......)
But I do not know who is the seller
What i do please help meeeee

help please

i started having a problem with my z3x. now i cant download anything in the shell. the shell reads my card and says everything is fine. also when i start samsung pro tools it crashes before startup after about 8 seconds or so. what could be the problem ive even swithced operating systems
