hi

my box says : Samsung tool pro ..not available , activation possible .
and add activation isn't activated .

what dose that mean ?
do I need reseller for activation ? if I tried to contact to gsmsources (reseller) but he didn't answer . dose that mean there is no way to solve this problem ?

What is this?
I cant get the z3x Box to work because the drivers wont install on windows 10.
It is 64 bit.
I dont understand why you guys cant make a good install program?

Well I was able to get it to work after completely removing everything installed by Z3X, rebooting, installing each component and rebooting after each install, however, ... The device screen still shows exactly the same as the picture above.
This is crazy..
How can you guys claim to provide solutions to customers, yet your own software is so messed up that the majority of YouTube videos about Z3X is tutorials for Installing the drivers to simply get your product to work.

I think one video I noticed today on youtube was called "2016 edition installing Z3X!"..
Though pretty much all the video are of people fumbling around in various screens.. all pointless.

Please, make it a priority for your next update to be a proper installer for your software!

But until now my Box is still not active, and the value is out of the account, would you like to know the porques please?
