Sir need ur help,, I erroneously activated LG instead of Samsung Pro Activation now I need help in this regard to solve the issue customer is getting angry.

Box Seriel number is AADA7EC6.

I am facing Amaging problem in frimware downloading section since from few days although the drivers of card and box is fine.

And also can't read card info in shell.

It says "Can not login to Server"

I am using windows 8 64 bit os.

Please help!!!

My problem is Samsung tool pro program damaged.
But shell show card info ok and shell working but cannot download any thing
Samsung tool 19.x is working but can't work when click any option card error issue.
I'm change card into another interface, dongle but problem is still same also change pc laptop and desktop with windows 7 and 8
What is the problem???

Silly question but when I sim unlock a phone using ZX3 and then do a factory reset do I lose that? Or does it remain unlocked?
