hello, I have a problem, I have a z3x box, my seller says my card is activate but I can make an update, I don't understand why!

the program windows is:
Card SN: 0005-....
Card FW: 1.3
User: No user with this SN
Activations:

in bottom right windows program there is write:
Card: 0005-...., FW:1.3, Box not found.

I don't understand.

Maybe Have done bad instal about :
2. Install Z3X-box Drivers from folder x:\Program Files\z3x\Box drivers\
3. Install Z3X-box Drivers from folder x:\Program Files\z3x\Card drivers\

I have open "setup _Wk2_xp.exe" in folder card drivers but it's all!

Please help me it's very emergency lot samsung are in waiting.

Trying to activate my new z3x box.
All drivers installed.
The pc recognizas the box.
Shell starts Ok.
Apparently updating firmvare Ok.
But in step 2 of 4 when should activate the box gives error:
Here is what it says:
Card SN: 0005-****
Card FW: 1.3
User: halofon
Activations:

error message:
Access violation at address 006253FF in module 'z3x_shell.exe'. Read of address 0000000C.
Tryed on 3 diferent PCs. the same result......

Where the problem is?

You use windows XP?
In server side activation is done for your card.

Do you try run box software?

Try open box and clean card connector.

I have this problem with box first time.

I wait for results.

ATTENTION FOR ALL. IF YOU WILL SHARE CARD NUMBER IN FORUM. CARD will be stoped for 2 week.!!!

Yes, I use Xp
I cant see if software works, because when Im trying to go support from Shell it tells: This function cant work with your card. first update your card.
Any other way to download software (if it is independent from shell - I ignore this detail...)

On my user web page I can see:
Card version v1.7 and its s/n 0005-*****
samsung tool v2.11 - activated
Cant download software from there (some other files can be downloaded)
I opened the box and not apparent contact problems in the card slot.
When the shell updates firmware, only from 0% to about 10% progress display can be seen... then it jumps directly to the next step, that ends up with error reported earler.
Help please....

Don't ask in forum about activaiton!!! Only resseler can make activation for you.

May be server busy, may be freez, anyway try later. this day server very busy.
For download software direct you can download from page www.z3x-box.com or login to support from page: www.z3x-team.com

No. For 1 card only 1 email+login

Trying to register on various PCs, on diferent hours even when server activitie was 0%.
Always the same error. I mean firmware actualization ends quickly (can see 0%, 2%, 4%, 6% sometimes 8% and it jumps to the message: Card firmware updated.
Then activation ends up with an error message. I have send dozens of this messages to you...
Software I downloaded from suggested page doesnt work either... the message is:
Product not activated on this card.
Any other suggestion?
By the way: shouldn´t the box be sent to customer already activated? I mentioned this kind of suggestions on some product and/or forum pages. Has the final user necesary administrator privilegies to perform activation?
Is it possible that card software is corrupted or hardware has same fault?
