My friend i have haved your same problem, i have solved, testing before over other PC, and have re-installated alls the driver, when the card and the box was working perfectament, are returned in the other pc and the problem returned, when i have formattated and have solved alls the problems, this is my small help that i want write for you,

Want to be that i'm wrong, but the man where i ask the activaction, for the moment not have comunicate to me that the side Samsung not is activable, in these day, when my buyer receive the Box +Samsung activaction+cable, i know if was activated or have server problem, but i not think, becouse if not was activable have comunicate to me, not is one day that i buy activaction from him, and never only 1 was resultated NOT activated, but repeat, answere when i have the resultated in my handle,

but loock that in never part have writed that the activaction are blocked?, all work how forever, and i think, if Mr Blang not answere, is becouse not have problems for new activaction, how my person that active to me, not have writed to me that the activaction are blocked, yesterday my customer have registrated your box whith the activaction done from my person and not have haved problems, it is all,

Simply go to "Device Manager" and raises the number of "eGate Readers" from property, restart the computer and see that it will not this problem.
You can put 1 to 10 readers, set at 7 / 8, is sufficient, but these are basic things, that's why then no work the box and even responds MR Blang,

Which SO use?, if use WIN XP SP3, have installated the drivers for "AXALTO EGATE READERS"?, i think of NO, this is the problem, launch, now that have 7/8 "AXALTO EGATE PORT" the "win2k USB Drivers", if not install this driver have the same problem.
I want to see if want put this in attacchment, but i have need of know your vers. of Win XP, if is SP2 or 3, becouse the driver change, write here your SO, and for the moment, (IF HAVE XP HOW SO), launch this driver "EGATE" and see if solve the problem, but first, IMPORTANT READ GOOD THIS INSTRUCTION:
A)disinstall other time all Egate readers, restart PC,
B) launch this driver, are in exe,
C) create, other time, 7/8 Egate PORT, "RESTART PC", (the same system requiere this),

If you repair CORRECTAMENT the EGATE READERS, the "wizard" work to 100%, but if do u not have this Egate Virtual Readers installated correctament, the Wizard not have Virtual Port for use, repair this first and after i'm shure that work all, also the wizard,

I install exectely in the way you describe. All instalation goes fine. but z3X cant read any phone. it dont give any error message.
Selected model: GS101
Selected port: COM15
Selected speed: 115200

Connect phone and press Power ON!
Connect error!

what can be wrong? i have on this pc HWK, UFS, MTBOX, SETOOL3.

My xp is version 2002 service pack 3. i did all of uninstill, restart, and install drivers which give u. but my problem is still.

My friend, for me do u to do one error in the procedure for install the "EGATE VIRTUAL USB DRIVERS", becouse the error "AXALTO EGATE ZERO" or similar is becouse not find the Virtual Egate Reader for read your card, this is the procedure and at this point, post SCREENSHOT, not have other solution, i want to see your "DEVICE MANAGER" in EGATE READERS FIELD and write the procedure, step by step that have done,
