hi z3x team i had this problem with most of andriod phones even the version of phone is 2.2.1 root ok and cant unlock here is log

It's well known for monthes that version above 2.3.6 including it must be rooted by user.

All boxes expect in rare cases will be able to root only 2.3.5 or under.

So nothing to do with new update.

thnx buddy for ur reply i know that well this phone is already rooted and giving this error and i said in my post that even the phone have 2.2.1 in some having same problem

ok, post log with 2.2.1 to check problem.

on 2.3.6, did you check root was really succesful ?

Is any other tool answer root is ok ?

Did you try to cher su right on phone ?
