if same problem - then can be problem with hardware. emmc or other things.

is same or diferent?
if diferent where to get file G313HZ_VN

samsung g313hz_vn firmware are same model as samsung g313hz firmware
use i9000 cable that came with z3x box..
make sure you battery is charged...
connect it via uart port of yuor box..its tested
