boxshow mw "Phone not found" for repair I9300 IMEI - GSM-Forum

hi

I use last update and also use 16.1 version

my phone IMEI is 004999... and I want o repair it with Z3X box

I rooted the phone by "CF-Auto-Root-m0-m0xx-gti9300.tar"

and check the USB Debbuging tik on my phone

when phone is on I connected it to my PC and my box USB also

and click on the Repair option on box software

then chek mark IMEI and write IMEI in ...

when I press OK button box show me bellow log:

Code:

Selected model: I9300
Selected port: COM3 Z3X BOX Serial Port
Selected port speed: 115200
Searching ADB device...
Phone not found
Done with Samsung Tool v.16.1

but when I press on Info, box show me phone info:

Code:

Selected model: I9300
Selected port: COM3 Z3X BOX Serial Port
Selected port speed: 115200
Searching Samsung modem... detected COM54
Reading phone info...
Software version: I9300XXEMD3/I9300XXEMA5/I9300OJVEMC1
IMEI: 004999010640000
Product code: XXXXXXXXXXXXXX
Done with Samsung Tool v.16.1

why my repair ox not work...?

can some one help me?

problem solved by "jalal_esmaeily" from ????? ??????? ???? ????? user

but solution is just change windows!
