why samsung champ c3303 not support uart cable,?

i get a dead c3303 and try to flash it with uart(c3303k) cable,come with z3x box.but softwere say not supported algo.

hope this time answered by team....................

This is not a bug brother..
Firmware not support in uart cable, only in usb.
Unlock and read code are in uart cable.
go to setting model and tick use USB..
Now ok??

tried in options uncheck "format tfs" it working for me

Flash the phone with usb.
Uart cable for unlocking phones.

my phone is dead and not go to downloadmode,so it's no detect in usb.
next is,z3x have make softwere that connect dead phone with uart bcoz many champ not done with softwere when it is dead.and also no any other jgat support dead boot for champ.

hope z3x team do some for this......

if the fone is not entering in download mode its mean its boot area damaged first repair boot area with any jtag tool then flash with z3x '

bro
your problem is not jtag (no support jtag for c3303)
flash it by (Flash loader 7.4.4_SSG_v0.5)
note : be sure dfu mode driver correctly installed & change usb port

#1, from where to download dfu driver for c3303 ?(is it install automaticaly by z3x setup ?)

#2, there are many options ,which thing select in it .........!!

the files selected by me in #5-7-8 are right ?

dont touch anything in program
the point you need 4 + 5 + 7 + 8
the missing in your setting num 4 (select "C3300_LIBRE_Setting_v02.mdl" ) after you select it all setting will be correct

but what about dfu drivers ?
i try to connect phone by press volume up + lock key and enter usb-cable,but nothings happen.

hope you also clear this...........!!

did you try another usb cable & port
try by press volume up + volume down + lock key then insert cable
