Cert FAQ? IMEI Repair, SN repair, Root, Unroot, Official, KNOX!?

Wanted to try to get some quick answers. Just trying to refresh my memory/ skills and get a JUMP back to current with the process.

Questions- (Concerning the Note4, S5, S6/Edge devices specifically)

1.When we use the samsung IMEI Cert to repair IMEI. Are we 'rooting' the device, repairing IMEI, then 'UN-Rooting' to set back to factory?

2. Will the repaired IMEI (new) stay persistent across flashes in ODIN or OTA Updates? Custom Roms and Stock ROMs?

3. Does the tool also write SN?

4. Will the device still be KNOX & Official after the process?

Been awhile since I was in the game and looking to buy another box. Wanted to make sure I understand before I drop the coin on a new tool.

On another note, if an official reseller wants a quick sale on a box with samsung activation. Get in touch. Hopefully someone remembers me and my contributions to the community over the years. Not to mention the files I have released, leaked, and unlock solutions I contributed over the years. Moneys tight....
