c3312 dead

I have tried to charge a c3312 software but always stays in the same place I leave the log:

of noncontinuous here, I can leave an hour and still in the same place. but I would like you to please if anyone has already solved a similar problem because I can explain.

I work the celphone with/and without battery and whit three diferent cables I reset my computer but still whith the same . so please if any one can helpme please.
