c3520i flash and unlock failed

hi im trying to flash version from support, correct drivers, and 2 pcs win 7, several phones and cables, same result

hi in my attempt to finally flash at least one of the several c3520i i have, tried already:
1 pc windows 7 64 with all samsung drivers and programs installed all working ok
1 pc windows 7 32 with all samsung drivers and programs installed all working ok
1 pc newly formatted windows 7 sp1
and finally
as requested
1 pc newly formatted, intel board, intel pentuim 4 3.20, windows XP sp3, and all
attempts in all pc's,
several generic and original cables,
speeds, versions,
proper usb drivers and severaaaaaal phones
end in same result: Non Working Flash
using samsung tools 18.9, 19.0, 19.1
flash from support c3520IXXNH1_OXFANI1
Normal mode
Flash mode
Separated files
Packet files

other tool,

all end in the same problem in FLD2, error

any help, tip or new idea.

Original software version in phones is:
Dev. Version: C3520IDXNF2
C3520IOLAANF2.
