Member: 2056052 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | help needed from Italy I'm an Italian guy that works in an hotel in Rome, Italy. On June a customer left a Samsung A-897 in hotel, we contacted him in order to send it back at home but the shipping were too expensive then the customer decided not to have his phone back. Actually I have my Galaxy S2 in assistance due to some hardware problems and I thought to use the customer phone to substitute mine but there is a problem. The phone is an AT&T product and doesn't works with the Italian sim cards. How can I unblock it? If could you be so kind to help me I will be very grateful. Please help me with step by step instructions because I'm absolutely ignorant about technology and my english is very poor too. Thanking in advance have my best salutations from Roma, Italia!!!! |
