Which cable to use for android?

First of all i want to say that i am new to z3x tool.
Hence need help of experts...

I use normal usb cable, but samsung com port not shown in the device manager.

In the phone Samsung S7562, I tried the following.
1Put the phone into download mode by pressing Vol -, Home and POwer key. then Press Vol + key to proceed.
Then insert the USB Cable, But the com port not shown in device manager.

My qes is "what cable should be used here?
Show cable with pictre....

Note: ALL DRIVERS ARE INSTALLED CORRECTLY.

if samsung port not shown it means u missing driver

if u want to unlock any android phone, u must set usb debugging in phone, when phone is detected drivers should install itself

once drivers for phone installed, try to unlock..for some phones select com port of z3x boix, for others new com port will be installed-just choose from com port list on samsung tool main window

i have previosly told that there is no driver issue, becase there is no yellow mark in the device manager.
ok if u tell its drive problm, then give me the driver for the s7562 phone.

But I think its cable fault...
what cable need to be used?

when u pick the model of the phone, u can always use help button in the right top cornerto give u heads up what to do

if u read it whole thread..guy put wrong code before u press unlock

Root Phone via vroot
Open z3x tool
Select Proper model
Use UART cable
Type *#7284#
Choose UART
Click unlock

so use uart cable for unlock as stated

btw download mode u use only for flashing the phone

Dear krisu, Phone is in email lock condition.
And the debugging is not on, hence how to root?

Please clear the following...

Without root, the phone cant be unlock?
So normal USB cable wont help me and please show me a picture of z3x uart cable.

Dear bro, then why i buy z3x......?

What is the difference between USB cable and UART cable?

If anybody knows, plz reply me clearly
