i got wrong unlock code, tell me are you using network lock code or is it another special region code exist? i got it from database and it says wrong code and they did not refund me (gsmfather.com), i lost my money and customer take the phone away...

i got no solution until now

I did this with an i747m that wouldn't accept the code at first but success after:

Try this if you got "error Code" with the first set of instruction

1. Go to the Dial pad and dial *#197328640#
2. Please click on number [1] UMTS > [1] Debugging screen > [8] Phone Control > [6] NETWORK LOCK
3. You will see 3 options
4. Click on number [1] Perso Sha256 INFO, the screen will change slightly
5. Hit the MENU button then when the menu pops up please carefully hit BACK to return to the previous screen
6. Click on number [2] Perso Sha256 ON, the screen will change again to a one line message
7. Restart the phone on the screen by holding the power button and click RESTART
8. When the phone prompts for the unlock code, enter : your code
9. Your phone is now unlocked!

root first with kingo android tool/ usb debug selected
connect your box/install all drivers needed
select yourUsb port

/conect and unlock

you must respect the veterans of this forum so when they says something,be sure its true.
here in the first of this discussion mr BLANG told that there's no solution? and dont play with this phone it's defirent security type with certificat authantification,after some others shared the the log of that phone unlocked with z3x.but the problem is that the phone lose network after this and there's no solution until now to solve this no mater what you try.........
remember that after unlock that all the procedure begain normale and finish successfully without error.but the phone go just emergencycall.so save time and money don't try this.
