All available firmwares are available at Shell.
OR
You can download the firmware from different sites.

for some branded phones updates are usually released later than for other

pretty much depends on the network and country.

if u still want to update to 4.4.2, go to sammobile or other website and download official firmware, bt it may be for other country/network
