Can not repair I727 IMEI - GSM-Forum

This phone is unlocked by z3x is fine but can not repair IMEI. Please tell me why ?

I have already tried version 15.2, 15.1, 15.0, 14.9 and 12.1
I have already tried Update and downgrade up and down the phone from 2.3.5 to 4.1.2 and 4.0.4.
And tried root install super user on it. but still not working.
the result was still same like that. Error at Repair IMEI line.
