just have to root the phone and make a efs repair and that will unlock your phone, I already tested with all S3 4.3 (T999, T999L,i747 and i747M).

the best ever for rooting it's free , if you have probleme in unlocking tray to flash the modem.bin for the old version then unlock then reflash the new modem dont forget to make up every time , those days no person can control the new security. ni developer , ni users. good luck
