Hello i get dead boot when i try to customize shv e160l so now i not get download mode again please i need to know if it possible to repair this phone with z3x if yes how? Thanks

You need a JTAG/eMMC tool for this work. Easy-JTAG from Z3X team should help, but it is a different product sold separated.
