Can I flash c3520 firmware to c3520i?

Is correct driver loaded?
Cannot detect or flash phone
Also tried with bfloader.exe
Help

Problem with phone is that missed calls never appear on main screen
Always have to enter call register to view missed calls
Brand new phone that I sold to customer
Tried resetting *2767*3855# same problem

Anyone flashed this phone?
Is correct driver loaded?
