When press *#0808# on DM+MODEM+ADB, soft doesn't found. must MTP+ADB or PTP+ADB to be detectable by the soft, but everytime get this error :

downgrade and set dm+modem+adb

If we down grade the phone do we still have to wipe the phone by using wipe efs.

Or can we just root and unlock it

you must wipe efs and write cert file

Enable USB debugging, Reconnect USB,
First wipe EFS & write Cert
If same error persist
Cover or disconnect the pin between (+ & -) of the battery & try
