Z3x Card destroyed pls help me!!! After update %73 disconnect destroyed my card..

Pls help me repair solution...

disconnect all boxes and smartcards from pc , connect ONLY z3x and try update again

until now we are waiting but still no solution... please we need immediate action... blang pls. tell us can we revive our smart card or not??...

Run Shell 3.2, and update card firmware from wizzard.

my problem is ,today i install new shell and when i run in shell automatically open wizard to update card firmware i try it but always show timeout and after three time now cannot update and cannot use z3x, i have LG+Samsung activations, how to solve this mr.Blang?

bad luck after update %3 restart not work..
