Cannot update card firmware with new shell, always show timeout? - Page 2 - GSM-Forum

we are facing same problem...........

first it was working on the previous version.

then i tried to update on the latest shell but it hangs and not respond for a long time.

then i press ctrl + alt + del.

software said not responding so i click end task.

and tried to update again.

now it was dead.

hello need help update z3x i got always timeout even repair dead card and theres a warning after 3 attempt card damage?why i always got timeout?thanks!

No need make the same posts. this is will not help to make the server free.

Server always time-out, and only 3 tries a day!!! Please solve problem! We need to use our z3x box...

I dont know why is limit only 3 times after no success for update,so we must wait another day for update.Why is exist those limitation.It should be without any limit untill dongle was update succssufully,like ather tools.

I did not select card just leave it blank and pressed next.everything is fine updated successfully without problem.maybe you could try it too.Only Z3x box was plugged.

update succesfull today at last, yesterday always time-out, server not found and "fail: max 3 trying times"

running ok even wuth new updates, waiting to try 821sc
