Can't flash SAMSUNG D500, Bad Ask - GSM-Forum

Hi,
I'm trying to flash a SAMSUNG D500, witch it's keyboard has frozen.
When I try t flash or Read info from it, I get this error,

Connect phone and power on
Phone Detected
Bad ask
Send loaders - fail
Elapsed time: 4 second

Any ideas?

What version of software?
Check connector

Try on setup more low port speed.
