Can't open Samsung tool and can't go to support site (shell)

Hii Guys,

I have a problem.. I can't use Z3x box... if i open the samsung tool... i only see the open logo... and says... Connect to server...! waiting waiting and waiting.. nothing happens. I thought well i must download the newest version... So I opened SHELL... but Shell have the same problem... it only says: WAIT.......

Does someone know... whats happening..?

Thnx bro... still doesnt work.

huh this is strange.. I also can't open NS PRO... lol

I checkt internet connection OK, Firewall on/off still not working... Antivirus OFF... STILL the same problem.... HOWWW...?

bro, use a different usb port, i think is a smart-card drivers conflict

search problem in connection inside pc, also can be antivirus problem or firewall problem
