Can't read info E2121 - GSM-Forum

Hi all, I just bought today a new Z3x, and this is the first phone I'm trying to read info. I'm new to this.
So the phone is asking for a code at startup, I want to use Z3x to read the codes, the phone is Samsung E2121l, but when I select the port and then hit read codes, I get an error:

Friend! Use Cable j750 " Samsung 2G Tool" Select Correct Phone Model. ( Can't read info E2121 )
