Can't unlock i337M with PRO 22.9

Hi! Im trying to unlock a Samsung I337M ( android version 5.0.1 ).

The problem is that when I read some info , like in "Backup" tab select "Read EFS" and get this without problem:

Done with Samsung Tool PRO v.22.9

But when I try to unlock phone ( obviously in "Unlock" tab ) can't read phone info, therefore CAN'T UNLOCK PHONE.


Any idea?

Oh my g0d....that is because the efs is read via adb and the phone is unlocked via the serial port. And since the phone is on lollipop you have to go to recovery and enable cp logging before the serial port will show up. Are you in the right business?

I already enter in recovery and ther is no CP Logging to enable?

Any other idea smart guy?
