Can't unlock i9000 - GSM-Forum

Hi!

My first problem was how to set i9000 into the download mode, cause vol down+home+power on didn't work.
So, I have found that if I connect SW ID pin (4) and GND on the micro usb connector via 300k resistor, phone goes into the DL mode.

After that I have succesfully flashed patched fw and read unlock codes:

Its verry easy, dont need shematic.
Take 1 conector, example, nokia micro usb charger, and short pin 4 and 5 with 300 kohm resistor. only this conector needed, without cables

Resistor value is 300Kohm
It is connected from pin 4(id) to pin 5(gnd).
