can't unlock LG U890 - GSM-Forum

i have LG U890, after flash with special firmware for unlock from support area, "Unavailable Media File" appear on screen.

Please help me....

the software said "power on phone with accepted sim or motorola test card" but the phone was usim lock, even i insert motorola test sim.

what can i do?

i think the solution is to add special firmware for unlock for my phone.

this is the firmware of my phone U890-MSM6250A-V10a_wm-MAR-24-2006-H3G-DU i hope z3x team will help me to unlock my phone.

Make this steps:

1. Download needed firmware for your phone from folder "SPECIAL_FW_FOR_UNLOCK_U300_U310_U450_U880_U89 0_U9 00" from support area.
2. Flash phone.
4. Repair country code
5. Press unlock button.
6. If phone will show "no network" write NVM (c:\programm files\z3x\lg\lgq\nvm\)

as after the above steps in order to open source competition may bring images currently yellow stars and 3 minutes off the power may not be able to get a sim why?

nand flash in your phone have bad sectors.
in next update we add unlocking also for phone with bad sectors in Nand flash.
