[can't unlock] Samsung Z150 UNLOCK Problem with Z3x - GSM-Forum

Hello team, I have a Samsung Z150 locked to Vodafone Spain...I can't unlock it, when the error show up the phone TURN OFF automatically then I until unplug the V804 COMBO cable it let me TURN ON again....

I did a FULL RESET and problem persist...

So, I don't know what can I do...

I tried by Samsung Mode (CDMA) and QUALCOMM Mode and same problem....

Any idea?

this is an old qualcomm phone...

maybe a bug on Z3x....see picture below.

Problem in com part of cable. check com part of cable.

Problem solved!!!! how?

Simple click on Unlock SP on first instance, if you clicked on other function first it will be turned off, at least with me.

BTW: I tried with two different V804 COMBO CABLE and nothing different, thanks anyway.

check correct com port for box. clear phone connector. from your log i see phone not answear on com.
