Look sir, I had to do this about 6 times already, just flash eng_boot, wait for device started, put it DM+MODEM+ADB and with Z3X write my QCN Here , reboot the device, dial *#0011# and see if imei cert: Fails, finally write same cert again and your done, at the end flash stock rom without userdata, when finished and device reboots, will promt an error and enter recovery by it self (BE PATIENCE), do wipe data and wipe cache and reboot, COMPLETTE
