certificate write err on n900s

Hi
I have note 3 n900s software v.4.4.2 phone it's imei has gone show different imei phone doesn't work with any newton no signal bar come only who show limited service .
now when write certificate or efs to it from other note 3 n900 backup while writing certificate I get msl err message and say reset wipe efs first I do that reset and wipe efs first and after write efs or certificate but again and again this err msg comes up kindly help me with that phone get back to normal and I Coould use it imei got corrupted during flashing Now reflashed to 4.4.2 but no luck hope to hear from you soon.
