d980 sim1 no call sim 2 ok

Hi,
Samsung D980 imei ok / sim1 and sim2 network ok.
with sim1 no call. no receive. but network is full.

With sim2 call/receive all ok.

Phone flashed / eeprom flashed / imei repaired but still same problem.

It look like software problem. someone get same problem or some solution ?

im now flashing phone with other sgh tools. first choose was z3x but no success ( Maybe no sw problem )

chekc master part imei. may be in black list. problem can be only here.

both imei fixed but still no signal so no blacklist problem.
slave imei to master still no signal
in my country is no imei check / blacklist controle so even imei 000000.. or 123456... if eeprom is ok full signal

look like hardware problem.
