Why should I use that file if I have "new security" in soft ?

Hi,
This tells us that your phone already been rooted. The Imei Repair normally succeeds with Samsung Tool 17.5.
For the "Efs Reset", then try with the lower Versions of Samsung tool, for example ,Samsung Tool 16.8! Yesterday, I successfully did one.
Good Luck!
