E:failed to mount /data (Invalid argument)S4 mini - GSM-Forum

I wiped the cache partition on this phone because it was a bit slow thinking it would improve speed.
The phone then gave this error
E:failed to mount /data (Invalid argument)
can't mount '/data' (Invalid argument)
E:failed to mount /data (Invalid argument)
E:Can't mount /data/log/recovery_log.txt

I have tried latest firmware full flash in odin but it boot to recovery and give same error
Odin report file flash successful/ok

Any Z3X team know what the problem is or anything I can try.

Rest the efs..or download rom with 3 files and flash it.....if you do this 2 things it didn't work then you have hardware problem possible emmc

need I9195XXUCOD3 separate files to flash please anyone a working link or do they exist in Z3X support?

Don't touch efs just flash it with pit after that hard reset then it will be ok
