E1120 flashing problem

Hi!

I have some problem with E1120 flashing.
Log:

Connect phone and press power 3 seconds
Phone Detected
Loader1 - ok
Start NOR flash
NOR flash - ok
Start Flash TFS
Format TFS - ok
Send Dir - fail
Send TFS - fail
Elapsed time: 440 second
---------------------------------
Connect phone and press power 3 seconds
Phone Detected
Loader1 - ok
Start Flash TFS
Format TFS - ok
Download - ok
Elapsed time: 30 second

As you can see,the cla part is OK,after that the flashing stops with this error.If I try to flash tfs separately,then it seems OK,but phone is not powering on.I tried 2 different flash,eeprom,custom reset.No result.
And flashing is very,very slow.
The flash files are OK,with another box I can revive the phones,but....I want to work with this box.
Flashes I used:
E1120AWIB1
E1120HBIB1

Please solve this problem!
