please try to put other simcard sir.
sometimes the unlocking log is ''Unlock - FAIL'' but the phone is already unlock please check.

or try to select e1200m then press read info!

If you have 200-300 to unlock , you can't check every phone .
The job must be done quickly and for sure .

Try to Read codes. If phone can unlock by code.
Otherwise Use old version of software sometime old version does work.

As I said : I cannot stay to verify (type unlock code) every phone when you have 200-300 to unlock .
I must be sure that the unlocking process is right .
