If the contact is not the solution again
Phone must be rooted.
if the software can't root the phone automatically, then you must root your device manually.
micro-USB cable:
1. Phone must be powered on.
2. Enable "USB debugging" in "Settings"-"Aplications"-"Development" ("Settings"-"Developer options" for Android 4.0+).
3. Type on phone *#0808# and choose "MTP + ADB".
4. Press "Repair" button.
5. In opened window fill fields what you need to repair and check "Repair EFS" only if you need to repair it.
6. Press "OK".

in backup folder of z3x you will found nv_data backup.
