E2120B Flashing Error - GSM-Forum

Hi. New user to Z3x. I have tried to Flash a E2121b.
When I read the initial codes the firmware was
"E2100BAYIF1"
But that was not available anywhere. So I used the following firmware from the z3x site
"E2120BDDIL1"
This file was listed under the E2121B section.
After Flashing completly the phone is now not turning on and the IMEI has now changed to a bunch of 0's.
Can any one suggest any ideas?
For other boxes (setool, uni box) you use the same flash file, is that not the case with z3x???

It means now set is ok but its imei is 000000000.
How to write imei:-
# Select model and tpye imei ( which u can see from back lable of the phone).
# Press custom in repair tab.
# wait for writing imei and enjoy.

sorry to sound so ignorant but the imei number on the phone is 15 digits long as it should be but the Samsung tool only allows me to enter 14....
Thus how can I execute the custom functionallity with only 14 numbers..???

yes write only 14 digits on your phone and see 15 digits

the Z3x box software automatically put the last # of imie

if you have only 0 in imei number just write one eeprom then repair imei
but somthing is not clear for me... why write other frimwaer tipe in E2100?
you can't write any firmware liked you. E2100 firmware you can finde on HWK support
but you have e2121b samsung then write e2121b frimware can finde on HWK support. write eeprom e2121b then repair imei and phone will be ok
us downloader : PNX49xx Downloader v0.3 Lite For GT-E2121B(Zinnia-i).exe, is the best in this case with z3x on com 3 (downloader selected on com 3), and with hwk write eeprom and repair eeprom
