E2530 unlock is not working - GSM-Forum

Hey!

I'm trying to unlock one e2530 via usb.

2G Tool Vers. 3.5.0040 is searching for any com port!? Why?!?!
Is it a bug??

Is there someone from support???

They write that the phone is suported but there seems to be any problem!!
