Hi frd i want to flash e2550 phone any body help me how to flash

Selected model: E2550
Selected com port: COM13
Selected speed port: 921600
Press "*" + "#" and connect USB cable to phone
Connect to control pipe... FAIL
Send loaders - fail
Elapsed time: 32 second, sw ver: 3.5.0035

use 5 + 8 key then connect usb cable

Press only * or 5+8 is working.
What error come when you put the cable in phone?

Here is how to flash e2550 by the way E2550 and E2550d are same firmware
