E510 after flash dead, HELP PLEASE!

Hi, the phone was in Emergency mode, so i flash with E510AT-00-V10a-BAL-XXX-OCT-05-2011+0.crp1 and repair NVM.

Works fine.

All ok, but i need spanish language, so then i flash with E510AT-00-V10c-EUR-XX-SEP-30-2011+0.crp1, phone on and recognize usb ports fine.
