Efs or nvm item, yellow screen - GSM-Forum

Mr.Blang I work in technical assistance and the use z3x to record the serial and IMEI phones. however has models like GT-S5303, GT-S7562L, GT-I9505 etc. that comes first yellow screen, so she goes in to record own official page of samsung she provides ... because they know that? I think it's something in the EFS folder, and how to not have EFS does not appear the menus on / off, menu gmaill, and is one yellow screen in the middle of the cell. however the IMEI is stored correctly

model GT-S7560M , after the software, a screen appears yellow in the middle of the cell with some configuration, like something from the genre test mode, even recording the IMEI, this screen does not come out and the boot menu does not appear, you are holding the power button the device off without the right menu and the configuration of gmail, when connected after reset also does not appear

where I write EFS? z3x so NVM supports this model and not EFS = /

Here is the exact solution for this problem which i have recently had!

You have to root your phone and install Terminal Emulator from Google Play.

Open terminal emulator and type as ;

su
rm /efs/FactoryApp/keystr
rm /efs/FactoryApp/factorymode
echo -n ON >> /efs/FactoryApp/keystr
echo -n ON >> /efs/FactoryApp/factorymode
chown 1000.1000 /efs/FactoryApp/keystr
chown 1000.1000 /efs/FactoryApp/factorymode
chmod 0744 /efs/FactoryApp/keystr
chmod 0744 /efs/FactoryApp/factorymode
reboot

Worked for me. Also brought back my lock screen and my power button options, i do think a rom messed about with my efs file. Thank you again "inflock"
