EMMC direct Samsung GT-I9100

Hello,
5 years ago my Samsung Galaxy S2 GT-I9100 16GB broke down. Because there are important pictures on it for me I wanted to save them. I am an electrician and could therefore find out that the power management IC U501 (MAX8997) is defective and have then replaced it - unfortunately without success. So only JTAG and EMMC are left to save the photos. I was told I have to pull a dump and then play it on another S2 (is available). A nice owner of a smartphone shop was so kind and puts his workshop at my disposal. He has the Z3X and the Riffbox 1 with adapters. Unfortunately, the readout has not worked out yet and I'm not sure which way is the right one to do it.

The first attempt with the Riffbox failed because probably the two voltages 3.3V and 1.8V were not there (Riffbox only via JTAG adapter without external power supply). Connected to soldered wires to TDI, TCK, TDO etc. to the onboard led out 12 contacts for the molex adapter. Error message Rifbox: 0075 and 000B.

Second attempt with the Z3X box and solder connections to CMD, CLK, DATO, GND, 1.8V and 3.3V (with adapter that has a power supply via USB).
Error message Z3X-Box: CMD timeout. We then realized that probably not the current software is installed. It is displayed under Cardinfo that there is no card ...

Assuming we get the box running again, this way should be the better, right?
I do not even understand the two different types of connection over the connection for the Molexadapter and the other times over connections on the board probably directly to the EMMC chip. What is the difference?

If the connection with the Z3X box works, what would I have to stop there? Is there a manual for reading the EMMC (I only need the pictures ...) Can one possibly restore the pictures directly from a dump with suitable software?

I know a lot of questions - I hope you can help me.
thank you for the information

Sorry, tried to attach photos but it doesenīt work :-(
(Upload of file failed)
create album is not possible...

No one to answer here ?
So here in short words:
My GT-I9100 EMMC is not broken - donīt need to repair. Powermanagement IC is broken, so I wanīt to read out EMMC with Z3X-Box and GPG Emmc-Adapter. I only want to get the pictures which are saved in Emmc.
Which Part of Emmc-Memory do i have to read out? - Main User?
Thanks for Info
