Error in D385 - GSM-Forum

Hi.
Just bought the Z3x LG activation, trying to work on a D385 (L80), and when I search the program give me a error (richedit line insertion error), Im in emergency mode. This error is some problem in the code of software. Also, how I work exactly with this phone, theres no instructions like the samsung software.

Tryed with various versions, including 6.8, drivers installed ok. I think this model is bugged, plz, fix this. First modelI try to repair with LG activation and got this, disapointed.

How android version in phone? If 5.x need downgrade to 4.x.x.
