I have been able t successfully unlock 2 x i9195s using the same method.

This 3rd one is just proving a jackass and not being detected by Z3x as rooted.
I have checed SU in Terminal Emulator, SuperUser is working fine..

It's very difficult with s4 mini I have one I'm trying to do and the software has bugs and it does say it's not rooted when it is

i hope this can help some people ;
ihave succefully unlocked many pcs of i9195 by this procedure :
firs copy the s4mini_rootkit_v1 and s4mini_rootkit_v2 to your SD card and put it in your device before next step
now put your phone in download mode and flash recovery-clockwork-6.0.4.6
after processe boot into recovery mode and move to install zip .... choose s4mini_rootkit_v2
after installing this file reboot into normal mode and run super user , a message will pop up about nox security desactivation , press accept (or ok ....)
(in this stage if u try to to unlock , z3x will not detect thiss root .... )
the solution is turne ur phone into recovery mode again and install s4mini_rootkit_v1
to finish ur unlock operation run z3x , follow the instruction mentioned in "help " and press unlock , wait until super user ask for permision and press autorise in ur device

Root the phone with Kingo Software
USE samsung tool 19.1
I tried it with Chimera and SamsungToolPRO 27.8 no luck but only with 19.1 version I managed to unlock it.
